The platform is designed by Kenneth Tan, TransformationWorks' technical co-founder — a Singapore-based platform architect with deep expertise in enterprise AI systems, LLM deployment and private-infrastructure design, who leads the build of every premium deployment personally.
The engineering runs through his Singapore firm, MyLearnZone — a team across Silicon Valley and Singapore specialising in private LLM deployment, enterprise data pipelines, sector-specific AI training and secure on-premise infrastructure. 10+ years of AI implementation, built in-house, not outsourced.

TransformationWorks was built from the ground up by Simon Gallagher — a chartered accountant with 13+ years in international C-suites, including Regional CFO of Adecco ANZ, and a decade of AI implementation behind it. The South Africa partner

SATalent1st's South African arm is led by Fransua van der Westhuizen — a career CFO and treasury director with 20+ years running finance for engineering, EPC, mining and energy groups across sub-Saharan Africa, including the Teichmann Group and Lesedi Nuclear. He has raised USD 300 million+ in project, asset and working-capital finance, and built the SPVs, holdco and offshore structures and the M&A behind them.
He and Simon first worked together at Adecco ANZ. Since then he has co-founded Haus of Yachting, advises high-net-worth individuals on structure and capital, and through SATalent1st holds TransformationWorks' exclusive South African licence — scoping each engagement, appointing the specialist partners who deliver it, and standing behind the outcome.
