Haus of Yachting

Curated crew for the superyacht world.

Haus of Yachting is SATalent1st's yachting division: curated superyacht crew for owners, captains and management companies. From a single deckhand to a complete vessel crew, every candidate passes a multi-stage review of certificates, sea time and references before you see a name, and carries a verified Workforce Wallet when you do. The employer pays, never the candidate.

The distinction

Crew who have lived the job.

Eighteen combined years on board, across departments and vessel sizes. We know what a season asks of a crew member — because we've stood the watch.

Crew that fits your culture

Based on what you know it is — the fit is judged against your boat and the standard it runs to, not a template.

Partners that take the call

When you need it. A person who knows your vessel answers — season in, season out.

An HR partner with outcomes

Tangible, results-driven support beyond the placement — an HR service partner, not a CV forwarding desk.

Quality — Never — Quantity.

From a single deckhand to a complete vessel crew.

Where we place

From the bridge to the galley.

Four departments, one standard of care and discretion.

Deck

Captains, chief officers, bosuns, lead deckhands and deckhands — the team that runs the boat.

Interior

Chief steward/esses, steward/esses and pursers — the standard guests remember.

Engineering

Chief and second engineers, ETOs and AV/IT — the department that keeps the season on schedule.

Galley

Head chefs and sous chefs who hold their own from crew mess to owner's table.

The approach

A shortlist that holds up at sea.

How are crew vetted before I see a name?

Every candidate passes a multi-stage review before a shortlist reaches you: certificates and sea time checked, references spoken to rather than merely listed, and a verified Workforce Wallet completed. Placement is conducted in alignment with Maritime Labour Convention standards.
